The traditional definition of masculinity has always been a bit of a double-edged sword. On one hand, it is associated with positive traits like strength, courage, and leadership. On the other hand, it also carries with it a sense of violence, aggression, and control. In recent years, there has been an increased focus on the negative aspects of masculinity, leading to the rise of the term "toxic masculinity."
